Our scallops come from Nantucketers, we dredge for them, we shuck them and we ship them direct to you via Fedex.  This ensures the least amount of hands touching the product, and creates the best farm to table experience possible.

Up and Down Week

It was an up and down week out on the water.  On the downside, I lost a dredge on Thursday.  That is a 500 dollar bill on the bottom of Madaket harbor.  On the upside, I crossed the 1000 pound mark, 1003.375 to be exact.
